Our Services

Jane is qualified to provide evidenced based therapies for adults and adolescents including:

EMDR, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) for individuals, as well as Gottman informed relationship therapy for couples.

General Counselling and Therapy

  • Adolescent and adult counselling specialising in treatment of anxiety, depression, grief and loss and post traumatic stress disorders.
  • Couple and relationship counselling.

Professional Clinical Supervision

Clinical supervision for professionals of all mental health related disciplines including Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, Occupational Therapy and Youth Workers. Specialist supervision for Social Workers applying for AASW Mental Health Accreditation.

Consultation Services

  • Organisational consultation for example development and/or review of Policies and Procedures

Bulk Billing

Bulk billing is only offered on prior approval before the first appointment.

Referral

If you are eligible for a GP Mental Health Treatment Plan from your General Practitioner you will be able to access up to 10 sessions with a Medicare rebate in a 12 month period. A gap payment will be required (fees available on request).

Private referrals

Private referrals for general, couple and counselling are accepted on a fee for service basis.

Veterans and Families referrals

DVA and ADF referrals accepted through Open Arms – Veterans and Families Counselling Service. Please contact Open Arms on 1800 011 046 and ask to speak to the intake officer. Eligible Open Arms clients receive a free service with an Open Arms referral.

Private Health

Note: Unfortunately private health rebates are limited to Teachers Health Fund only.
